  • Transaction Data: Order details, pricing, quantities, delivery preferences, and messages exchanged via in-app chat.

  • Reviews & Ratings: Feedback you leave about sellers, products, or delivery experiences.

  • Support Requests: Information submitted when contacting customer support.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral sources.

  • Location Data: Approximate or precise location (with your consent) to enable local discovery and delivery routing.

  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to enhance user experience, analyze trends, and serve targeted promotions. See Section 7 for details.

  • Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation and fraud detection data (we do not store full card numbers).
